If something isn’t quite right, our simple return process is designed to make things easy so you can get back to ducking more and quacking less.
Our Return Policy
Because every item is custom-printed with your Duck More Quack Less™ design, we accept returns only for manufacturing defects or incorrect items.
Return Window
Return window: 30 days from delivery.
Customer pays return shipping (standard USPS).
Refunds issued within 5–7 business days after we receive the return (original shipping not refunded).
Return Conditions
Items must be unworn/unused with tags attached.
No returns on personalized or cruise-ship-ducking items once printed.
How to Return an Item
Defective? Contact us at support@hall825.com with your order # and photo — we’ll replace it fast at no cost.
